Account Manager Americas (m/f/d)

Intro
As an Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be a strong contributor to the Account Management Team and will report to the Head of Account Management. Your main missions will be:
Your Mission
  • You own an existing client portfolio all across Media Agencies, Direct Advertisers, OOH Media Owners, Trading Desks and DSP Teams
  • You are responsible for maintaining and growing your stack of accounts by proactively pitching for upselling and new products in order to reach your own revenue targets
  • You work closely with the Sales team to identify new opportunities within your Agency book of business
  • You ensure that all things are set up so that the customer can successfully use our solutions
  • You monitor campaigns, ensure proper forecasting and opportunity management, and you identify opportunities to obtain long term commitment agreements
  • You arrange and steer QBRs with all of your key accounts
  • You act proactively in the improvement of products / processes together with the Product Team
  • You effectively communicate the company’s value proposition and vision to partners and team members
  • You keep active in the mobile and/or programmatic community to develop a network and generate leads through conferences and social events
Your Profile
  • You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • You have 2-3 years of experience of account management, sales or business development in the data or programmatic industry, or in a media agency
  • You have an understanding of the advertising ecosystem and you know how media agencies work
  • You are willing to take on responsibility for the entire sales process in a fast growing company
  • You are proficient in building long lasting relationships with customers
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in real-time advertising, programmatic, data management and ad-tech is a plus
  • You have strong negotiation and communication skills
  • You are fluent in English
