Your Mission

The VP Sales UK will lead and grow Adsquare’s UK sales operations, focusing on building strong relationships with agencies and direct advertisers. This senior leadership role involves managing and scaling a team of sales professionals, with a mandate to drive revenue growth, expand Adsquare’s presence, and instill a culture of winning. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales within the media, data, or programmatic industry, a proven track record in managing sales teams, and demonstrable results in market expansion.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Development

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing UK sales team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Instill a culture of winning and excellence, inspiring the team to meet and exceed sales targets consistently by leading by example

Revenue Generation and Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute a UK-specific sales strategy focused on revenue growth, with a strong emphasis on acquiring and retaining clients within the agency and advertiser sectors.

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, leveraging Adsquare’s evolving data products to maximize revenue potential.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UK market, working closely with the UK Sales Team to capitalize on Adsquare’s value proposition.

  • Strategically analyze market trends and client feedback to adjust approaches and ensure Adsquare remains competitive and relevant in the market.

  • Support your team first hand with active outreach to senior-to-C-Level contacts and prospects

Account & Client Management

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, including Media Agencies, Direct Advertisers, Trading Desks and Platform Partners, ensuring they understand and utilize Adsquare’s unique geolocation data solutions.

  • Establish a strong, proactive presence with existing clients through regular physical meetings, attendance at key events, and client-specific engagements to foster long-term loyalty.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including (but not limited to) Product and  Marketing to align on product offerings and market positioning

  • Engage with the Product Team to provide client feedback, proactively suggest product improvements, and help ensure Adsquare’s solutions evolve with client needs.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key customers in the UK together with the Global Client Success Management Lead, addressing clients unique needs and challenges. Actively engage with top accounts to ensure client satisfaction

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure that sales processes and methodologies are consistently applied across the UK, providing guidance and adjustments as needed. Leveraging data to inform decision-making 

  • Ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity management using Adsquare’s CRM tools, closely monitoring the sales pipeline and reporting regularly to the VP Sales EMEA.

  • Oversee all aspects of the sales process, from proposal creation to final invoicing and legal contracts, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.

Industry Engagement

  • Actively represent Adsquare in industry events, conferences, and relevant communities, building a network and fostering relationships with potential leads and partners.

  • Position Adsquare as a thought leader in the programmatic and digital data space, advocating the value of geolocation data for advertisers and agencies.



Ideally you are
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a sales role within the programmatic, data, or ad-tech industry, with at least 3 years in a team management role.

  • Track Record: Proven record of driving significant revenue growth, preferably with experience in developing sales strategies for new markets.

  • Sales Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with hands-on experience in account management and new business development.

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, especially the role of data in programmatic and geolocation solutions.

  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of Curation and Connected TV (CTV) is highly desirable, as Adsquare expands its reach in these areas.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and forecast accurately.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage and influence C-level stakeholders within agencies and brands.
