Als Finance & Accounting Manager bist du verantwortlich für die Koordination der Buchhaltung unserer Tochtergesellschaften sowie für die Konsolidierung aller Reportings. Du berichtest direkt an unsere VP Global Finance und trägst so zum Erfolg und Wachstum von adsquare bei.

Deine Mission

Intercompany Accounting

Verantwortung für alle Transaktionen unserer 4 Tochtergesellschaften (US, UK, FR, IT) mit
den jeweiligen lokalen Steuerbüros (local tax offices)
Abstimmung der konzerninternen Salden und Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Abrechnung

Konsolidierung

Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der monatlichen Finanzberichte, einschließlich Bilanzen und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnungen
Koordination der Konsolidierung der Reportings unserer Tochtergesellschaften in Abstimmung mit den lokalen Steuerbüros
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rechnungslegungsstandards und Konzernrichtlinien bei der Konsolidierung

Audit & Compliance

Zusammenarbeit mit externen Wirtschaftsprüfern bei Audits oder Reviews und Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Unterlagen
Erstellung von Berichten oder Analysen für das Management Team zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse und des Berichtswesens

Dein Profil

Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL/ Finance oder verwandter Fachrichtung oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und/oder Rechnungswesen
Verständnis für unternehmensübergreifende Buchhaltungsprozesse und deren Herausforderungen
Sehr gute Excel- und Google Sheet-Kenntnisse
Erfahrungen mit DATEV oder anderen Buchhaltungs-Tools sind von großem Vorteil
Du arbeitest, strukturiert, zuverlässig und absolut vertrauenswürdig
Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail und überzeugst durch deine analytische Arbeitsweise
Du sprichst hervorragend Deutsch (Muttersprachenniveau) und kannst mit fließenden Englischkenntnissen punkten

Intro

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Manager to join our team. This role will focus on intercompany accounting, financial consolidation and reporting across multiple entities. With your expertise and strong understanding of numbers, you will be an integral part of Adsquare's growing finance team.

Your Mission

Intercompany Accounting

Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities (US, UK, FR, IT) to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain intercompany balances and ensure timely settlements
Monitor and enforce intercompany policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organisational objectives

Financial Consolidation

Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements
Coordinate and liaise with our local tax advisors and external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate policies during the consolidation process

Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of intercompany accounting and consolidation processes
Work on automation projects to streamline accounting tasks and reduce manual effort

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, or equivalent business education
You have gained initial work experience in finance and/or accounting with a focus on intercompany accounting and financial consolidation
Strong Excel and Google Sheet skills
Experience of DATEV or other accounting tools is a distinct advantage
Understanding of multi-entity accounting processes and challenges
You enjoy working with numbers and have a strong analytical approach
You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner and are able to pick things up quickly with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively in German and English with stakeholders at all levels
