About the team
You will join the People and Enablement Team, who is overlooking all People and Culture related aspects of a global and vibrant company, from Recruiting to Development, to Strategy and Business  Partnering.
Our Team is very lean and productive, we love taking care of our people, ensuring support and care with a customer-centric and efficient mindset.

Your Mission
  • You can be based in Milan, but the position is global
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for key roles from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent globally through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and uphold our employer brand.
  • Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and make strategic hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with HQ team in Germany, sharing best practices and aligning on global hiring initiatives.
Ideally you are

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or startup/scale-up environment.


✅ Strong sourcing skills and experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter


✅ Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.


✅ Knowledge of basic EU labour laws 


✅ A self-starter attitude – comfortable working remotely while staying closely connected to an international team.


✅ business or close to native fluency in English (German is a plus but not required).
