Ideally you are
  • Highly passionate about data

  • Passionate about data operations – ensuring smooth ingestion, processing, and delivery

  • A problem solver & automation enthusiast – always looking for ways to reduce manual effort

  • Experienced in managing data pipelines & ingestion workflows (4+ years in Data Ops, Data Engineering, or AdTech)

  • Familiar with AdTech & programmatic advertising (DSPs, audience segmentation, taxonomy)

  • Proficient in SQL, Python, ETL workflows/DBT, cloud data infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Snowflake, etc.)

  • Experienced with data monitoring & quality control – ensuring accuracy & compliance

  • Able to work across teams – collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Partnerships

  • A self-starter who can take ownership and drive improvements in scalability & efficiency

What you will do

Own Adsquare Data Execution & Automation

  • Ensure Adsquare Data is prepared and delivered seamlessly

  • Build workflows & automation to reduce manual operational work

  • Monitor & improve data quality – ensuring data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date

  • Proactively identify & resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact the business

Optimise Data Distribution & Integrations

  • Ensure seamless data syndication across DSPs, DMPs, and platforms

  • Work with Data Analytics Engineers to automate taxonomy mapping & partner integrations

  • Implement monitoring & alerting systems to detect issues before they impact revenue

Operational Efficiency & Scalability

  • Improve data ingestion & monitoring processes to ensure stable data pipelines

  • Analyse partner usage & adoption trends to optimise performance & distribution

  • Drive efficiency in package management & taxonomy distribution

  • Collaborate with the Product & Commercial teams to support pricing & data availability
