Intro
We are seeking a strategic and hands on Director Marketing to join our Leadership Team and take full ownership of our global marketing function. As the leader of this core function, you will be responsible for developing and executing a powerful marketing strategy that drives brand leadership, pipeline growth, and measurable revenue impact in the programmatic advertising industry.

Your Mission
As the leader of the Marketing function, you are accountable for the following:
Team Leadership & Performance
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
Set clear quarterly priorities for the department and manage the team towards achieving these key objectives.
Oversee all departmental operations, conduct regular performance check-ins, and remove roadblocks to ensure your team's success.
Marketing Strategy & Vision
Develop, own, and execute the company's marketing strategy, ensuring tight alignment with our long-term vision and annual business objectives.
Define and sharpen our market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies to solidify our leadership in the location intelligence space.
Own the Marketing Plan and ensure it is communicated with clarity and executed with discipline across the organisation.
Marketing Operations & Measurement
Oversee all marketing operations, including the marketing technology stack, budget management, and departmental KPIs to ensure a high-ROI function.
Drive the full marketing funnel, from brand awareness and demand generation to lead nurturing and sales pipeline contribution, with a relentless focus on data-driven optimisation.
Establish and report on key performance indicators that clearly communicate the marketing team's contribution to company-wide revenue goals.
Brand, PR & Communications
Elevate our brand presence globally, establishing the company as the definitive thought leader in our category through a cohesive content and communications strategy.
Direct all PR and media relations efforts to secure high-impact coverage and manage our corporate reputation.
Ensure brand consistency and a powerful, unified voice across all internal and external communication channels.
Events & Sponsorships
Define and execute a high-ROI strategy for our presence at global industry events, trade shows, and sponsored initiatives.
Leverage events to build our brand, strengthen client relationships, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
