You have 1-4 years of experience in client success, account management, client development or a similar function within the programmatic/data/ad agency field.
Delivering exceptional customer experience and services is in your DNA.
Demonstrable track record of identifying and executing business expansion opportunities would be an advantage.
You have a proficient understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how planning and buying teams at media agencies in the UK operate.
Previous experience in real-time advertising, programmatic/paid social, advertising data solutions and ad-tech is an advantage.
You work seamlessly and in dynamic partnership with colleagues from other functions including Sales, Partnerships and Operations.
You are well organised and highly capable of balancing competing priorities.
You are experienced with data analysis, with the ability to pull out key insights to inform future strategies and drive growth. Previous experience with spreadsheet software, CRM systems and Tableau/B.I. tools are advantageous.
You are fluent in English; proficiency in other EU languages is a nice-to-have but not essential.
As a UK CSM you will be an important contributor to the Global CS team, reporting directly to local CS leadership.
You own an existing client portfolio across media agencies and brand-direct relationships, working in a hybrid approach with both client-facing and technical/ operational responsibilities.
You are accountable for developing a defined book of business with specific growth targets.
You partner closely with UK Sales to identify and execute new opportunities within your patch.
You follow best practice to create effective campaign solutions for clients. E.g. bespoke targeting strategies, troubleshooting and implementing measurement tracking.
You monitor and optimise campaigns to drive performance and ROI
You ensure the highest levels of accuracy in forecasting and opportunity tracking
You are client-facing and readily available to meet in-person at client offices in London and potentially elsewhere in the UK.
You take the lead on platform training, showcasing the best of the product
You take the lead on client workshops, quarterly business reviews and bi-annual strategic account planning
